Eagles Soar Publications Is open to manuscripts that have been professionally edited. Please only submit proposals for works that are in the final stage of completion and have been returned from a professional edit. A proposal must include a synopsis,  the first three chapters of the manuscript  and a beat sheet (appropriate to your genre) that includes: A Working Project Title, Basic Logline or Premise, the Word Count,  and Page Count; followed by  your Acts & Beats.
